Large Groups, Largely Unqualified

What if you were invited to give a demonstration, and although you were led to believe that the meeting would include the two or three people you had already met with and qualified, many more actually participated? What should you do?

This “expansion” of the size and variety of job titles in the audience at demos given at customer sites is very common. Many times it is an indication that your offerings have broader interest or importance than you may have expected – that’s good. It is also good that so many people at your customer have decided to invest in the time to see your demo.
